Our Commitment To Privacy

The TREO Foundation, Inc. respect the privacy of our event participants and donors. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available from every page of the TREO Foundation website.

Information Collection and Use

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. This information, which does not identify individual users, is aggregated to measure the number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed, etc. and is used to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to improve the content of our site.

Individual fundrasing event pages are hosted by DonorDrive by Global Cloud and allow visitors to register online, as well as sponsor a walker or make a donation. Global Cloud’s privacy policy is available at www.donordrive.com/privacy-policy

Printable forms are available for those wishing to register for, or donate to, any TREO Foundation event who do not wish to do so online. Please contact the TREO Foundation at info@TREOfoundation.org for more information.

If you make a donation or register for an event, you may provide contact information (like name, email, and address) and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date). All credit card information is handled in a highly secure manner, and is not retained beyond the time of credit card processing. Your contact information is used to send you requested materials or a donation receipt (if you have made a donation), and to keep you informed about our program work. If we have trouble processing a transaction, this contact information may also be used to get in touch with you.

Your contact information including name, address and e-mail will not be sold, distributed or provided to others. You may opt-out of any mailings from the TREO Foundation, Inc. by sending your request to opt-out including your name, address and e-mail to: 14260 W.
