I started this journey with myself. I have always struggled with my weight, and finally last year made the decision to undergo gastric sleeve surgery. This has been the best decision of my life!! My health, energy, marriage, and confidence are all better because of my decision. My journey is now to help those who struggle with obesity and to feel as amazing as I do. Therefore, please help me raise the funds to help others to get the treatment they need!!

The ASMBS Foundation's Walk from Obesity is the only event that brings together those who are directly affected by obesity and is key to raising funds and drawing attention to obesity and the need for treatment and prevention efforts.
